SITE ENGINEER
Preparing BOQ, estimates and check the material quality as per prescribed standards.
Initiate request for information (RFI) in case of further clarification required if any.
Provide drawing, site instruction, modification to the subcontractor for any revisions on installation of electrical works other than documents issued for construction and keep updating their accomplishment daily.
Follow up the supplier for the delivery of materials on time as per planned procurement status.
Responsible for implementation and monitoring of all electrical related works at site as per approved drawings.
Ensure and monitor the execution of MEP project scope to be within the budget.

BUILDING ENGINEER
Ensure that all equipment and facilities are in good working condition by conducting regular inspection.
Implement preventive maintenance and undertake corrective maintenance.

Provide project status to Property Manager.
Review plans, estimates, scope of works for various projects.
Conduct daily coordination meeting with security, maintenance and janitorial personnel
Involve in preparation and delivery of presentations and technical briefings, testing, verification and validation processes as well as scheduling and as-built plan documentation.
AREA ENGINEER
Oversee electricians assigned under my supervision.
Supervise the Area Coordinators in the daily monitoring and reporting of the status of water supply and distribution to project sites.
Schedule and monitor the conduct of the preventive maintenance of water facilities.
Informs and updates concerned departments in case of emergencies, water Interruptions and abnormalities in water supply and undertake measures to restore water supply.
Facilitate meter testing and leak detection activities.
Recommend and supervise project activities such as construction, improvement and rehabilitation for the areas assigned.
Invite contractors to participate in project bidding and prepare bid/cost comparison
