Work experiences: I have work experience of more than six years and my experience has been concentrated in the customer service and Higher Education Institutions currently working as a senior Real Estate Agent at Ghani Estates one of the Leading Estates at DHA Lahore. Previously have worked in Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) on different positions. I have sharpened my communication skills by working in call centers both national and international as a sales agent and customer service representative. In addition to all that have mentioned above I also deliver motivational speeches for the students.

Education: My last degree is MS Total Quality Management from University of the Punjab with a CGPA of 3.91. During the two years of my MS TQM degree program courses which I studied include Quality Management System and Standards, Quality tools and technique, Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Health and Safety Management System, Supply Chain Management, Quality in Marketing, Environmental Management Standard, and Operations Management. I am also a Master of Science in Quality and Performance Management. I have expertise in Microsoft word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point, Minitab, and SPSS. I also deliver speeches on few clubs specifically on social issues. Moreover, I have strong communication and analytical skills and I am a team player.
