A little bit about what I am currently doing with my current organization below:
Currently I happen to lead the Planning and Project Controls department for City Diamond Contracting (CDC), while maintaining a role with ongoing Tenders as an acting Technical Director. This involves evaluating the requirements and details required to portray to the client the company's understanding of the project's scope, and making sure they are convinced with our Technical capabilities. Going in depth to create 3D models with the help of a dedicated team of architects to bring understanding of the project execution alongside the timeline vs physical construction to a common person with the help of visual and presentation aids.
