Enclosed please find my resume for the position of IT Support Engineer/ System Admin.
I am a highly organized, thorough and motivated professional with over 3+years’ experience in IT role. Currently am working as IT Technical support engineer at Future InfoTech, where am handling the desktop related issue, fileserver access granting, and Active directory etc. handling file server, all kinds of desktop support, computer network configuration and troubleshooting.
Before that, I spent few years in Etihad Airways and Daikin Middle east. Where I had the opportunity as an IT Support Engineer. And my role was system admin, Installation of all Operating systems such as win XP, Win 7 and Win 10. And also I have a good hands-on experience in Configuring and troubleshooting outlook, basic network configurations and I have a good experience in computer hardware and networking area.
In addition to my technical skills, and team management skill I possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and I recognize the importance of these when it comes to communicating with other team members, management, Vendors, and clients. My time management and task prioritization skills are excellent, and I enjoy working with an enthusiastic team who are keen to exceed company expectations.
I hold a Bachelor degree in Computer Science & Engineering and I have completed CCNA.
