 Budget preparation, monitoring and trend tracking.
 Monitoring project invoice.
 Participating in project consultants, meeting, and owner’s representative.
 Participating in client/ Consultants/ Contractor meeting and resolving Client/
Engineering/Design and project management issue.
 Regular visit project site to ensure quality of work complies with contract
