SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED ONE PROJECT WHICH WAS REVIVAL OF RAMAGUNDAM FERTILIZER AND CHEMCAL LIMITED.

PROJECT WORK ALOTTED TO ME:

· Maintained good professional relationships with sub contractors.

· Successfully installed industrial lights like( low bay, high bay, fed lights, high mast all are hpmv)

· Installed fire alarm detectors as per drawing. Fire alarm detectors like(heat detector, smoke detector, multi detector and linear beam detector)

· For all industrial light connections we have used 3c*2.5 sqmm armored cable running in ms cable tray like(100mm, 300mm, 600mm and 750mm )

· As per specifications mentioned in BOQ have installed 6 nos of 30 TR DX system for control rooms and for switchgear room we have installed blower.

· Erected earth strips dipped in soil about 500mm for system protection. Sizes of earth strip and earth electrode erected(25*3mm, 50*6mm, 75*10mm) electrode pipe size (75mm dia ms pipe) length of pipe 3000mm.

· Installed cable trays according to their size we used 75*75mm size steel angles. Their size varies according to cable tray. Like(for 100mm tray-150 to 200mm, 300mm tray-500mm to 1000mm,750mm tray-1000mm to 1500 mm)

· Tested all products for correct installation and operation.

· Ensured that the work was completed in accordance with the project schedule and the construction contract.

· Ensured that all fire alarm detectors was installed properly.

· Before installing equipment making sure that all equipment was tested and got approval from client by submitting IMIR report.

· Because of completing above given work in time they have transferred me to below site to handle it alone.

ON GOING PROJECT IS WATER TREATMENT PLANT ELECTRICAL WORKS AT APIIC A STATE GOVERNMENT CORPORATION.

Ø Arranging all requirements to complete project in specified time.

Ø Taking GFC, GTP&GAD drawings from client.

Ø After studying BOQ making material indent to acquire electrical material for project.

Ø Frequently visiting client office for taking advices for project.

Work have not commence yet I am gathering all drawings and keeping material requirement for purchase such as 500kva transformers, ring main unit, pcc &mcc panels, feeder pillar box, motors, under ground cables, street poles etc…Experience
