• I have worked in Sales force Cloud Application mainly with Sales/Service cloud as a Sales force Admin for 3 years.
• I have worked in Veeva CRM, cloud application built on Force.com platform for Global life science industries with Pharma giant Takeda. .
• I have worked as a Primary Veeva resource for Takeda iEngage application being part of both development and support team. Closely worked with business clients to understand their requirements and providing rich tailored solutions for their country org to ease and improve their business.
• I was part of Veeva support team for client supporting 6 countries LATAM(Latin America) region understanding the Veeva architecture and interface connections. I have worked as a key resource for iEngage team , involved in meetings to discuss critical updates.
