 Review and issued concept design which direction and guidance of the Architectural team to ensure to meet client’s
requirements.
 Expert in working in the residential, offices,….etc projects sectors.
 Responsibility for the design development of projects from schematic to completion, with full coordination with all sub
consultants packages.
 Responsibility for all technical detailing of a project and the review of all drawing packages prior to issue.
 A strong technical background and developing design and workshop drawings.
 Strong Capability of coordinating drawings with several disciplines mainly (Arch,Str & MEP) providing technical support
during the tendering stages.
 Ability to monitor and control the quality of architectural projects to meet client’s requirements and high level standers.

Management.

 Responsibility for circulating all aspects of project deliverable to Job Captains , Architects and to Senior Management,
with the ability to present information clearly to both internal and external stakeholders.
