Job Description:

• Preparation of complete Architectural drawing standard requirements.
• Preparation of shop drawings, revision drawings, as- built drawings and sending final print of Drawings to Consultant for Approval.
• Made adjustments and changes to a variety of detailed drawings as necessary.
• Prepare Working Drawings & Details such as general arrangement, Plans, Elevations, Sections, Block Works, Tiling, layout, Structural, MEP, detailing, Landscaping and all Architectural drawings.
• Estimation of Quantities as per drawing.
• Works independently or as a team leader and shares information and knowledge openly.
• Preparation of drawings (soft and hard copy), drawing lists and drawing Submittals.
• High level of responsibility and job commitment
• Perform other duties as assigned.

3D Drawings:

•Expert and highly skilled in 3D Softwares, such as 3D Studio Max, Vray and Lumion for 3D Rendering and Animation.
•Skilled in 3D Walkthrough Animation and Panoramic Rendering by using Lumion.
•Skilled in Adobe Photoshop CS6 for color manipulation, environment layout and 3d post production.
