• Engaged in the execution of High-rise Buildings.
• Responsible to make regular site inspection to monitor day to day progress and subcontractor’s compliance with the safety program.
• Verify the Bar Bending Schedule and quantity of required construction materials, its availability and request immediately to the procurement.
• Evaluation of Running Account Receipt against work done and Verify contractors bills and monitor progress by the yardstick.
• Provide site instruction against violations at site
• Final review of B.O.Q and all measurement sheets, quantities, estimates and bar bending schedules which submitted by contractor’s Quantity Surveyor.
• Coordination with consultant and architects and perform work according to architectural and structural drawings.
• Timely arrangements of materials, Manpower & Equipment’s required at the site.
• Check the layout, Formwork, and reinforcement according to structural and architectural drawings, before the commencement of concreting work.
