14 years of UAE experience in Office Administration

I am a Home Science Graduate, majoring in Interior Designing. With me I bring 14 years of UAE experience in the various aspects of office administration which includes but is not limited to front office & secretarial duties, assisting the managers and accounts department with reporting and invoicing.
I started my career with a few temporary assignments in reputed organizations to gain UAE experience. I joined Gulf Business Centre as a Front Office Executive and within a year I was promoted to the post of an Office Administrator / Manager in charge of a team of 15. In 2016, with the change in Management, I was assigned an additional role of a Property Administrator for a 22 storey commercial building and assisting the Property Manager with daily administrative tasks related to leasing and maintenance of the building.
I am an avid learner with a pleasant personality, good communication and exceptional organization skills with the ability to multi task and prioritize assignments. I can work independently as well as in a team with equal ease. I am a people's person with a flair for problem solving and finding solutions.
