• Following the DEWA regulation in all MEP works
• Installing and Testing & commissioning of Storm water & Drainage and water supply lines.
• Installing and commissioning the Booster and hot water supply and Return pumps.
• Installing and commissioning the Sump Pump for Lifting station.
• Installing and commissioning the Solar Panel 600L water heater.
• Installing and testing the Fire Fighting Main Ring (HDPE) installation with fire hydrant etc
• Rising the MIR & WIR against work done at site and getting approval
• Preparation and execution of CWS & HWS and HWR system
• Supervising the AHU, Fan coil unit, ventilation supply and exhaust unit installation.
• Arranging materials to the site with BOQ co-ordination for planning the day by day works.
• Reviews and ensure compliance of technical documents, material certificates and test reports.
• Develop a professional team under full of awareness, especially safety regulations to establish the company as the contractor of choice.
• Execution of job as per approved drawing in order to proceed for work inspection as per Consultants requirements.
• Preparing program for monthly and weekly activities
• Monitoring the scheduled work and preparation of inspection requests for the site needs.
• Supervising and installing the DX split units and cassette units and VRF.
• Referring and coordinating with DM approved drawings
• Design and installing the drainage and storm water line as per approved drawing
• Supervising the high level fire fighting as per approved DCD drawing
• Discussing with MEP coordinator and Main contactor against MAS and site issues
• Preparing the HVAC ducting layout for high rise buildings and villas.
• Preparation of detailed Precast panel drawings for MEP service’s
• Preparation of Builder’s work for underground and wall & slab
• Preparation/Review of MEP Coordination Drawings
• Preparation of ventilation systems for fresh air and exhaust to multi-level car parking.
• Designing the piping supports according to the site conditions
• Coordinated in all aspects of project with Architectural, Structural, Electrical, Piping & Plumbing services.
• Preparation of P&ID drawings, as built drawings and existing modification drawings..
• Detailed piping design, nozzle orientation of vessel, column.
• Preparation of line list, equipment list, valve list.
