Key Responsibilities:

1.Organizing and maintains warehouse and inventory yard areas for efficient material storage and handling; maintains labeling system on each stock item; manually stocks inventory shelving with stock items received or returned.
2.Assisting with all aspects of administrative management, directory maintenance, logistics, equipment and storage.
3.Managing inventory of assets and supplies, sourcing for suppliers (vendors) and submitting invoices.
4.Coordinating between departments and operating units in resolving day-to-day administrative and operational problems.
5.Stock Management of the Service goods and co-ordinate with collection delivery and update it on the System.
6.Reporting to the Management if there are any discrepancies noticed during stock checking.
