• Involved Operations, Documentations, Pricing and Customer Services
• Coordinate Shipping Liners and Air Lines in order to obtain best freight.
• Quoting rates for both imports and exports and to convert them into bookings with necessary follow-ups and negotiations.
• Communicate effectively with Shipper / Consignee and responding to their requirements.
• Coordinate with Transporters and Customs House agent for on time delivery and clearance.

• Inclusively Air and Ocean shipments.
• Responsibility of place the Bookings, Operations, Documentations activities, vessel and flight schedule planning for both Export and Import Ocean and Air Shipments.
• Maintaining DSR report (Export and Import).
• Coordinate Shipping Liners and Air Lines in order to obtain best freight.
• Coordinate with counterpart agent.
• Coordinate with Transporters and Customs House Agent for on time delivery and clearance.

• Inclusively Air and Ocean shipments.
• Preparing HBL, GSP Certificate & Certificate of Origin.
• Coordinate with Transporters and Customs House agent for on time delivery and clearance.
• Updating Post-Shipment documents (Pre-alert documents) to the customer and counterpart.
