My 16 years of teaching experience (1 year in Private school and 15 years in Public school) has turned me into a passionate,resourceful, dedicated, committed, highly motivated, patient, tolerant, decisive, and a well-experienced classroom manager who promotes 21st century knowledge, skills and attitude by acknowledging learners' multiple intelligences amidst their diversity and individuality in terms of culture, values, religion and belief system through effective yet flexible teaching styles.
