I was a front liner in a Call Center industry for more than 7 years in total as a Customer Associate Level II that I think will help me in communicating with other people outside of my country.
I was promoted in a supervisory level when I was on my 1st year in the call center industry.
I was part of the technical team in my other company on my second year. And as I stayed in this industry was then moved to tier 2 technical team.
I was also carrying the administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
