Responsibilities:
• Plan, organize and manage work plans of project team.
• Manage resource identification for project and schedule for CAD team.
• Provide guidance and direction to CAD team to ensure operational and technical excellence.
Develop, implement and monitor CAD design standards and procedures to meet customer needs.
• Coordinating drawing production & delivery in compliance with quality control procedures and guidelines Building and maintaining CAD library, templates and standards etc.
• Manage CAD hardware and software systems for the design team.
• Work with Engineering leads regarding technical issues, training and other CAD system issues.
• Initiate and maintain contact with clients for clarification, coordination and negotiation of critical issues.
• Identify opportunities and recommendations for increasing workflow efficiencies.
• Recommend best practices for solutions to meet customer business needs.
• Evaluate team members for their technical skills, performance and productivity.
• Maintain documentation records of generated design deliverables.
• Maintain a positive working relationship with all levels of the organization.
• Ensure project documentation and contracts follow the standards set forth by the Project Delivery Board.
• Maintain CAD document archive and retrieval for projects

Landscape Inspector
• Attending work inspection request for Hard and Soft Landscaping, performing inspection for other discipline such as Civil, MEP and Irrigation if necessary, coordinating work procedure and methodology to progress of work on site.
• Responding RFI as per contractors requested information on site.
• Issuance of Reports such as Non-Conformance Report (NCR), and safety issues, preparation of Progress Report as requested by RE/client.
• Reviewing of Materials and drawings for approval if necessary.
• Ensure quality of works to be done as per contract documents, approved drawings, plans and layout and as per specification.
• Perform other work related on resolving design and discrepancy issues.
