I have a bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Saint Louis University. I have worked as a Front Desk Receptionist in a three star hotel in Baguio City for two years. We are trained in handling different types of customers and how to deal with difficult situations very calmly and professionally. I have undergone 10-day training for Customer Service and Front Office Department in Baguio Country Club, one of the most prestigious clubs in the Philippines. After working with the hospitality industry, I decided to apply for a job in a BPO company as a Customer Care Executive and I have worked with them for one year and five months. It helped me a lot to enhance my communication skills both verbal and nonverbal.

For further enhancement of my communication skills I took the IELTS (International English Language Training System) exam last November 2018 and I got a total band score of 6.5. Based on my experiences and trainings I am confident that I would be a great addition to your team.
