I am writing to express my interest in the construction manager job. I have 15 years of construction industry experience (Mega projects, Bridges, Tunnels’, Infrastructure, Marine, Ports, Highways, etc….) five of which has been working as a construction manager on multiple projects. I have excellent leadership skills so I know I would be well-suited for construction manager position.
While working on projects I keep clients constantly updated on progress so they understand how the project is progressing. My experience includes managing multiple projects simultaneously requiring me to utilise excellent organisational and time management skills. I consistently ensure each project stays on track to meet construction deadlines and customer needs.
My strong supervisory skills assist me in keeping crews on task as the work progresses. My consistent communication helps customers feel they are a part of the project. I am highly detail oriented and am able to track progress efficiently using computer software applications including Excel and database programs.
My leadership style focuses on engaging team members to communicate, dynamically solve problems and deliver the highest quality solutions. I am currently seeking to provide your organization with the above skills as Construction Project Manager.
