Review and approves quality system (PQP, Method statement and ITP) submitted by suppliers and subcontractors to ensure that all documents meet the project requirements.
Attend site meeting with client and or Arabtec staff on quality issues.
Perform quality audit on projects, suppliers, subcontractor to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Final inspection of Finishes (Fit out for Flooring, Wall and ceiling and external finishes) prior to Consultant snagging.
Conduct internal snagging and handover to sub-contractors. Close out of internal snagging with the subcontractors.
Monitoring the process and system in compliance with approved shop drawings and procedures, Method statement, ITP, approved material submittal.
Monitoring and ensure the Quality of Subcontractors activities.
Handling site NCRs and FORs process and ensure the Closeout.
Conduct and closure of DLP (Defect liabilities periods)
