Responsible to review design, supply, installation & commissioning and assisting in planning and directing the work of electrical 132KV/110KV (1200 mm²) XLPE and 96 core NMFOC (Non-metallic Fibre Optic Cable)  Supporting the Site Manager in project delivery from the initial stage to project hand over in time within the concerned budget  Developing time plan to carry out the work Inspections with consultant as per approved shop drawings, details and project specifications  Coordinating with consultant & client for NOC & project execution purpose  Managing all site activities by monitoring the performed work and inspect the material incorporated as per approved samples, catalogue numbers and standards and verify resource management used effectively with quality and safety  Direct reporting to higher engineer regarding activity progress, quality of workmanship, manpower and material  Accountable for submitting all design for all high voltage and fibre optic cable which includes schematic drawing, HDD, cable trench cross section, ampacity and induced calculation, raceway layout inside substation for power cables (110KV & 132KV), also for fibre optic route way including hand hole locations  Overlooking cable joints and terminations with link boxes and OFMR locations  Involved in inspection of cable trenches done with proper dimensions, cable routing and logistics scheduling  Handling cable laying, cable jointing and cable termination works of 132 kV 1C X 1200 sq. mm &, 110 kV 1C X 200 sq. mm, F.O cable installation and testing for National Grid.  Sound exposure in Cable Testing (AC High Voltage(132KV & 152KV) and Electrical Test which includes DC sheath test, Phase identification test, DC conductor resistance test, Insulation resistance test, SVL test, Contact resistance test, Earth resistance test, Conductor Capacitance test, Cross Bonding Verification, Zero and Positive/Negative Sequence impedance Measurement

Responsible for the management operation & maintenance of equipment in substation  Reviewed, checked, operation & maintenance of equipment’s of Voltage level ranging from 220/110 /66/33/22/11 kV of all equipment in substation Power Transformers, C.T’s & PT’s, Lightning Arresters, Cables, Circuit Breakers, Capacitor Bank Isolators, Relays, Battery Charger, Control Panels, Substation Earthing and its erection installation & commissioning  Supported Control panel installation and wiring, Feeder cable direct linking, Transformer oil filtration and testing, Transformer testing, erection and cabling package including earthing, lightning protection, DC Systems, DG Sets and station lighting package o Transformers: Ranging from 160MVA, 25MVA, 40MVA, 30 MVA, 12.5 MVA & 10MVA. It’s preventive, shutdown & emergency maintenance o Circuit Breaker’s: ABCB’S, BOCB, MOCB’s, SF6 & VCB’s o Capacitor Bank’s: Shunt type 20MVAR and 10MVAR o C.T’S & P.T’S: Of 220KV, 110kv, 66kv, 33kv, 22kv, 11kv o Testing: Transformers, C.T’s & P.T’s Relay’s (Electromagnetic)
