 Making drawing of HVAC system, exhaust system, pipe sizing and layout for chilled water and heating water system and Equipment selection
 Checking and Inspection of PPR Pipe lines, UPVC, HVAC system, Firefighting, Plumbing.
 Making of chilled water Piping & pumps, Fire & Smoke Management, Mechanical Ventilation System, Fire protection drawing.
 Coordinate as per site condition to install solar panel, water tank, distributing system of plumping system.
 Firefighting layout includes area zoning, Sprinkler layout.
 Quantity surveying for all Mechanical services.
 Preparing As Built Drawings.
 Checking of drawing all service.
 Calculation of Chilled water pipe sizing with water flow rate.

 Domestic pipe sizing and layout includes Cold water, Hot water and Hot water circulation.
 Conducting Inspection of Material & Site work with Consultant, Monitoring the Work Base Schedule & Site Execution, Coordination with Fire protection work and Other Services.
 Preparation & Controlling of documents as per Project Specifications.
 Preparation and submission of As Built Drawing, Conducting Inspection with Consultant and local authorities.
 Supervising all Installation and Maintenance.
 Managing construction projects.
 Ensuring equipment and procedures comply with safety regulations.
 Solving problems and providing technical advice.
