In addition to my coursework i have a year worth experience in customer care & logistics that allowed me to develop my interpersonal, administrative & supervisory skills. At my position, i was responsible for document controlling, answering customer queries, filing complaints & solving them efficiently. I was also the liaison between customers & the delivery team where in i had to ensure timely arrival of delivery through proper coordination. I also managed company accounts in my first job.
