My prime responsibilities with all the industries mentioned above revolve around Production, planning, manufacturing, process and safety management. Key highlights of my Professional Career comprised of streamline production, manufacturing & planning with smooth monitoring & reporting processes, study and analyzing HSE related issues and develop methodologies to ensure safe working environment Involvement in conducting machines & equipment maintenance and replacement of worn-out parts. Also conducting life cycle testing of mechanical equipment used in slitting & knitting machines, optimization of conversion cost to increase profit percentage, minimization of wastage by reducing rejection & to reduce downtime by keeping closing monitoring on OEE and losses. I have completed my Mechanical Engineering majors in (INDUSTRIAL AND MANUFACTURING) from N.E.D University.
