• Exposure of CRM technologies like Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
• Knowledge of Installing, Configuring, Administrating, Maintaining and Troubleshooting AX 2012 R2, R3. Working experience of developing and building SSRS reports.
• Extensive experience in providing the support services in all modules.
• 3+ years of experience in ERP Implementation, including design, development, testing & deployment.
• Closely worked with Business Analyst and Clients directly, it provides me skills to how to write good documents, and how to translate business requirements into interactive application.
