Many consultants were engaged for site supervision work In this way I have supervised consultant's site staff which include TCN and Western Quantity Surveyors. I had further dealt with Contractor's Quantity Surveyors also. Many contractors were working on site, one among them was British Aerospace Ballast Nedam International with contract value QR: 661.00 million + US$: 68 million. Another Contractor was Rizzan de eccher of Italy with contract value QR:1340 million. Certificates of payments for their progress of work were being scrutinized and processed by me.
I have further worked on Special Al-Udeid Air Base project dealing with Area17 North & South. The Costs of projects were QR:125 million& QR:95 million. Dealt with Site Supervision consultant M/s Sodeteg of France and Contractors M/s Midmac & HBK.

Apart from above all Quantity Surveying and Contractual matters from Land Forces. Air Base and Naval Base wings were to appraise through Contract Affairs section. Being Head of Post Contract Section I have scrutinized, evaluated, mediated and processed all post contract matters.
