Work Description:
 Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, reports and price lists.
 Contact suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems.
 Respond to customer and supplier inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations.
 Compare prices, specifications, and delivery dates in order to determine the best bid among potential suppliers.
 Check shipments when the materials arrive to ensure that orders have been filled correctly and the goods meet specifications.
 Compare suppliers' bills with bids and purchase orders in order to verify accuracy.
 Locate suppliers, using sources such as catalogs and internet, and interview them to gather information about products to be ordered.
 Preparing purchase orders and Quotations.
 Set up and handled incoming mail and office filing systems.
 Managed office equipment and office space .
 Dealing and negotiating prices with Shipping Company regarding shipping cost.
 Receiving shipment from supplier.
 Preparing and Receive Invoices, Packing List, and Certificate of Origin with HS code for shipment clearance.
