Handling all issuance and operations related to payroll cards product for Corporate, Commercial and Business clients including processing of new payroll company registration, issuance of new cards for new and existing companies by loading the electronic file containing the employee details in a prescribed format through the Payroll Management System to the Vision plus system, debiting companies for payroll card issuance fees and setup fees through proper channels in Bulk Processing Systems based on approved bank tariffs, whilst ensuring that these activities are carried out with maximum efficiency, security and controls in accordance with established procedures and agreed service standards.

Ensures necessary control measures are taken to dispatch prepaid card and pin through proper channel.

Handling maintenance requests for payroll cards such as replacement, pin reissue, cancelation, blocking and unblocking of cards.

Embossing cards as per the SLA of the bank. v

Ensuring the validity of customer requests/instructions before actioning them and/or updating in cards system.

Follows strict control measures to record and handle captured cards, Handling captured cards for CBD, UAE Switch/GCC and other bank cards (Outside UAE) according to Banks policy and procedures. Updating ATM retained card information in Visa Online and UAE Switch systems.

Ensuring that both internal and external customer complaints /queries are handled promptly and escalate unresolved issues to superiors, avoid customer service or audit issues.

Co-coordinating with branches and Relationship Managers to ensure the achievement of agreed objectives for the prepaid card portfolio for the whole Bank.

Deliver efficient and quality services to both internal and external customers that meet or exceed agreed service standards.
