Well I have two and half year of experience in accounting field at medium and MNC level where I had learned and gained knowledge in accounting process such as payable,receivable,reporting and payroll. Started career in Vertex company and was responsible for all accounting process later in 2018 I got an opportunity to work in Aujan Coca Cola Beverage Company as an accounting where I was responsible for additional work such as payroll, petty cash and reporting.

I was responsible for month end and year end work, passing journal voucher for depreciation, prepaid and accrual, preparing income and balance sheet statement, preparing variance analysis report and compare with actual with budget find variance and report to manager and take initial step on it.Handling petty cash entries and make sure all the entries are recorded in proper ledger and maintain correct petty cash fund. Prepare employee expenses report and deduct it from salary before payroll process. Process all invoice and make payment to supplier on timely manner and also feedback to supplier quarries within 24 hours regarding their outstanding. Handover statement to account to customer at month of every month and follow up on their payment either through phone or mail or directly.
