Current position: Worked as a Store-Incharge since March 2017 in group of restaurants specialized in Emirati & Japanese cuisine – Al FANAR RESTAURANT & CAFÉ, MOTOMACHI RESTAURANT & TREEJ CAFÉ.

Managing the central store of 12 restaurants all over the UAE.

 Receive and forward all goods and deliveries in and out of the kitchen to the correct location.
 Responsible for the day-to-day check on the storage facilities for upkeep and hygiene.
 Responsible to verify all goods arrived as per the LPO, delivery note, Invoice and agreed quantity has been received.
 Refuse acceptance of damaged, unacceptable, or incorrect items.
 Ensure cleanliness of all areas, keeping storage areas clean & tidy and in strict compliance with hygiene regulations.
 Monitoring products expiry date and ensuring First-in First-out process.
 Maintaining up to date record of proper receiving, returning, expired & damaged goods.
 Ensure the quantity requested and the quantity issued always matches.
 Post all invoices using the Microsoft NAV system.
 Conduct inventory audits to determine inventory levels and needs.
 Conduct physical stock audits on a regular basis as advised by the Financial Controller (FC) and the physical count to be tallied with the inventory count from the System and any differences between the manual count and system have to be investigated and the information to be given to the Finance Department.
 Troubleshoot any vendor delivery issues and follow up on the return process.
 Ensure uniform and personal appearances are clean and professional.
 Speak with others using clear and professional language.
 Keep accurate recordings of all incoming and outgoing goods.
 Notify the purchase team of any low stock levels.
 Identify and report any slow-moving items to avoid over purchasing.
 Perform any other duties as assigned by the management or supervisors.

Previous position: Worked as a Storekeeper since March 2015 to February 2017 in Al Jaber group ( catering ) LLC-Abu Dhabi-UAE

 Inspection of all the goods received and dispatched in warehouse.
 Reporting and verifying all goods received and delivered as per system and physical.
 Maintaining up to date and accurate records of all documents.
 Handles and documents storage and transportation of hazardous goods.
 Monitoring stores assistant on receiving and issuing of goods as well as updating the Data Based Management System on time.
