I am an architect with capabilities in creating designs and plans up to its construction implementation. In five-year design-build industry involvements, I gain experiences in conceptualizing and executing projects such as residential, offices and commercial fit-outs. Projects I handled made me proficient in using AUTOCAD, Sketchup, VRay and Microsoft office softwares.
I become a technical designer of an interior designing company. I do offices layout for their modular office furniture. I got an award which is the best technical designer in their company.
After the interior designing company, I become a project architect of an architectural firm. I am involved in the conceptualization, detailing of plans and 3D modelling for residential and resort development projects.
After I pass the board exam and got my license as an architect in the Philippines, I worked as the head architect in a contracting company which do design-build. My works involved here are doing schematic design, planning and creating construction drawings, meeting with the client, bidding, presenting concepts, doing bill of material and construction implementation.
The recent work that I got is that I become an architect of a contractor in my country. The scope that I have here are documenting all drawing schemes, doing RFI, RFA and the likes, meeting with the client, presenting project's weekly report and updating all necessary documents that may affect the project.
I am looking for a position that best suits my profession, expertise and experience.
