• Supervised the group of 15 members to complete the replacement work.
• All the inverter and cooling units (320 units) are cleaned and the leakages are prevented.

Project Description: At Jebel Dhanna site, which is the crude oil loading station, ADCO needs to replace the existing 30 years old DCS, PLC and electrical Panels.

Significant Brown field/ Modification projects:
1. O1797- Rehabilitation of pumping station at Al Ain Phase -1
In this project there was total rehabilitation of 19 pumping stations in Al Ain. We went for the site survey to look into site conditions, availability of space for panel entry. We replaced 19 pumping station MCC panel with our new Siemens make panels. We match our panel dimension with the existing panel dimensions and the panels are suitable to connect the new power cable and control cables.
2. ZADCO - Modification of 400A MCCB to 630A ACB feeder. The load is increased from 400A to 500A, customer want to change the feeder as ACB. We visited the site and taken site survey for panel mounting, cable termination. Done the TRA with ZADCO and got the necessary permits. Got the approval for method statement for shutdown activities and done the modification at site as per the client requirement.
3. ZADCO - Addition of 800A ACB feeder in both side of the existing panel in order to feed the power for temporary RO unit project. In this project we take the shutdown in order to connect the new vertical section with the existing panel. Got the approval for method statement for shutdown activities and done the modification at site.
4. ADGAS – Revamping of Substation of 6 & U
Revamp of Substation 6: The project involves complete revamp of removal of existing old HV and LV panels, power transformers, DC System. We are doing the complete revamp by designing the HV panel, LV panels, bus ducts, power cables, Power transformer according to the addition of the new loads and the existing loads.
In substation U we are doing the retrofitting of 49 nos. of feeders to different types of motor loads, Power loads. Also we are changing the LV air circuit breakers to new one which has the complete protection functions.
5. GASCO - IGD -5 Habshan for addition of vertical section with the existing panel. In this project we added the vertical section in order to feed power to a new panel. Had the technical clarification meeting with customer and got the approval for method statement for shutdown activities and done the modification at site.
6. ADCO - Modification of spare feeders to power feeders. We modified the space feeders to power feeders, we taken the shutdown and complete the modification to power feeder for 5 panel boards. Discuss with the customer for the possibilities for the addition of materials and got the approval for method statement for shutdown activities and done the modification at site.
7. ADCO - Wiring modification/rectification for MCC and Generator control panel at sahil. In this project the panel wiring for the existing generator control panel and MCC panel is modified to accommodate with the new addition of new panel where the controls of most of the existing panel is shifted to new panel. Got the shutdown and completed the task.
