• Handle Bills Inquiry (Bill explanation to customer, pro-rated charges on their bill receipt, one time fees, expired promotion of services, etc.)
• Probe and discover the needs of the customer and recommend the appropriate service using features and benefits of the service.

• Modify the services of the customer on their account as per customers request such as Re-sizing the service for Upgrade/Downgrade, Adding products to their service account.
