Rectification/troubleshooting of opportunities identified during Safety line walk, Near miss Reporting & Packaging expert line walk.
Inspection, Alignment, Tightening & Replacement of machine parts.
Gear box oil fill check Audit/non-compliance Rectification, repairing.
Audit & replacement of all types of machine Bearings.
Packet take out conveyor overall health compliance (Belt Alignment, bearing condition, sound)
Multiple head weighs hopper gap fixing audit and rectification.
Metal to metal contact audit & rectification.
Miscellaneous packaging related jobs.
CLIT of bag makers, taping, lifters & other pkg machinery.
Troubleshooting at ASRS (Automatic static retrieval system).
Third party hiring for related work accordingly.
Manage Trainings for new comer staff, apprentices, daily wager & contractors.
Working and follow up on purchasing orders, quotations as per our requirement.
Daily report E-mailing, daily meeting with colleagues about tasks.
Raising Purchase orders, issuance on SAP application
