• Handling Supply Chain / Chemical Logistics activities of Olin Epoxy Products within the regions such as Middle East, South Africa, Turkey and India.
• Managing replenishment planning for Middle East and Indian regions based on the Sales Forecast.
• Creation of Purchase Orders / STO Orders, organize & follow up of import shipments/materials from production plant to local warehouse in JAFZA, arranging local deliveries, managing export orders from Free Zone to Middle East and Indian regions.
• Daily logistics operation coordination with Logistic Service Providers, Local Authorities, Customers and other order fulfillment groups to ensure smooth logistics operation.
• Developing Logistics operation plan to balance demand and supply and to optimize operation, services and cost.
• Organizing inventory management (Good Receipt, Good Issue & Batch Allocation/bookings).
• Ensuring all material flow SAP transaction all done timely and accurately based on operation discipline.
• Regular warehouse audits, securing inventory accuracy, and performance management.
• Coordinating physical stock taking activities.
• Supporting purchasing on sourcing, freight and services tenders and changes to the services contract.
• Controlling & approving of warehouse invoices, customs / freight invoices. Support budgeting activities.
• Regular road transportation carrier safety audit and delivery performance review including On Time Delivery.
• Performing/organizing all administrative activities for the warehouses.
• Measuring performance of 3PLs.
• Creating required documents and organizes its distribution i.e. invoice, packing list, delivery advice, transfer of ownership letter, COO, legalization of documents etc.
• Customer order administration and handling supported by the systems (Delivery Note/Shipment Creation/Carrier Notification, Certificate of Analysis, MSDS, potentially border crossing document creation for exports).
• Arranging on time delivery with carriers and ensures proper transport documents are supplied.
• Coordinating with external providers (such as SGS for inspections, Municipality for disposal of damage materials).
• Follow up on reported damages (inbound, storage, outbound), out-of-shelf life products or obsolete stock.
• Ensures proper LC handling & documentation
• Supporting the country team to represent Olin in front of local business partners, authorities & agencies
• Supporting internal/external audits for local plant as a logistics lead.
• Training & supporting logistics providers to perform SAP R3 / ECC system for EDI process.
