 Preparing appropriate daily entries & managing all ledger accounts.
 Maintaining petty cash for office expenses & Proper handling of office stationary.
 Issue of petty cash to project managers or Engineers and its handling.
 Dealing with banks, Bank reconciliation, CDC & PDC Management.
 Dealing with subcontractors & Suppliers.
 Work with project managers on calculation of amount due and collection process.
 Maintaining monthly work progress statement in co-ordination with project managers.
 Introduction of EWPS (Employees’ Wages Protection Systems) and its handling as per Ministry of Labor and Central bank of U.A.E.
 Preparation of monthly payroll of employees and transfer of salary as per WPS.
 Maintaining various records of employees as per Ministry of Labor.
 Calculation of End of service, Annual leave, Leave salary of employees.
 Preparation of cash flow statement for the current month and forthcoming months.
 Fixed Asset accounting.
 Calculation of Input and Output VAT and Enter Details in Federal Tax Authority Site.
 Providing necessary financial reports to project managers and Top management.
 Preparation of monthly financial statements and reporting to managers.
 Preparation of Annual financial statements of the company.
 To meet the requirements of the companies independent internal & external auditors.
