14. Work with MEP Engineers to approve/ review appointed by client or tenant.
15. Liaise with the Architect of Record/Engineer to solve technical Issues and be involved in any modifications to the tenant’s premises. (such as electrical, plumbing civil etc.) that could an impact on the retail or commercial design.
16. Design, project presentation working drawing preparation of BOQ and specification site supervision for Architectural, Fitouts, maintenance & Decoration aspects of the project.
17. Excellent communication skills, which enable me to make liaison effectively with my management, colleagues and peers, even in multinational environments.
