I have a rich and robust experience as a lead teacher and head of department of English in top schools, which cuts across curricula: IB, Cambridge, CBSE among others. My experience of over 10 years in top management position has broadened my horizon in team leadership and goal-oriented working style. In addition, I am an accredited Cambridge assessor and assessment specialist in Cambridge English and Literature. As a graduate of English with Master's degree in Literature in English, and having been teaching English for 21 years, professionally for 9 years, across schools of international repute, I strongly believe I meet the academic criterion for the role of a qualified teacher of English. In addition to this, I have proven track records of successes in all the schools where I taught. One of these successes led to my promotion to the post of head of department of English & languages in 2010, Ever since, I had led English department in a couple of different schools where I combined this role with other top managerial roles. My expertise cuts across teaching English and Literature, curriculum development, content planning, teacher training, best teaching methodologies, and other related best practices in the school business.
