Work Experience Currently Working as a “Sr QA Executive and Food Safety & Hygiene Specialist” in EICMP Dubai, UAE.

My Current Duties and Responsibilities:-

 Responsible for establishing and executing policies, procedures and programs that assure products are developed, manufactured and marketed with superior quality in compliance with in-house specifications and all applicable legal and regulatory agencies.
 Arrange and Conduct Safety Induction Program and Safety Training
 Manage and coordinate a company-wide regulatory guidance, training and compliance effort as per the instructions and control of Quality Head.
 Develop and maintain audit schedules to ensure all suppliers are evaluated to timescales according to designated risk status. Develop and to make amendments in SOPs &SSOPs as per need and requirement.
 Develop corrective/preventive (Continuous quality improvement) action plans to maintain standard operating procedures with good manufacturing practices.
 To ensure and monitor batch standardization and running production analysis as per defined standard of the company.
 Responsible for the microbiological and analytical disposition of all raw materials and products produced and packed in the plants.
 Help to develop and monitor a program of consistent product presentation to support the brand and corporate image.
 Develop and maintain a successful staff through training (GMP,GHP), leadership and motivation.
 Manage daily and weekly product evaluations and report findings to management.
 Responsible for maintaining relevant technical expertise and continually establishing an up-to-date awareness of evolving quality control and pack style changes.
 To maintain high level of awareness and product quality standard as per ISO 22200, HACCP, EU, HALAL etc
 Lead and Control Shop floor worker accordingly to the instruction of Plant Manager and company strict policies.
Previously Worked as a “Quality Specialist (QA/QC) in Alain National Juice and Refreshment Company (IFFCO Group) in UAE.

My General Position Responsibilities in IFFCO was:

 Develop and amendments in existing SOPs.
 To ensure and monitor Batch Standardization and Running Production analysis as per defined standards of company.
 Ensure the Workers are wearing appropriate personal Protective equipment like safety shoe, mask, uniform etc.
 Awareness of Emergency plan and Fire plan and conducting drills in all factories
 Well acquainted with standard operating procedures, good manufacturing practices and decision making, manpower handling
 Inspect premises and the work of personnel to identify issues or non-conformity
 Revision of existing policies and measures and update according to food legislation on regular basis.
 Work on Record keeping and provisions of all documentation
 Works on data analysis and internal control
 Maintain glass policy, chemicals consumption and calibrations records on monthly basis
 Monitoring of hazardous materials permits etc.
 To monitor the performance and efficacy of QA/QC staff
 Development and Improvements of QC/QA Labs
 Vendor development and Vendor approval in association with purchase department through periodic supplier audits and improvements.
 Recipe verification of products at the chemical store
 To ensure food safety and quality of all types of existing products from production to dispatch and its shelf life and product stability before and after chilling/freezing
 Validate and verify of all CCPs.
 To ensure all parameters as per defined QA norms before, during and after preparation and product quality consistency all the time.
 Lead various quality improvement projects and quality circles in the system.
 Generate, Record and Maintain the reports as per requirement of ISO 22000:2005
 To implements 5S in all QA Labs and maintain it regularly.
 Analyze consumer complaints, carryout root cause analysis and implement the corrective and preventive actions.
 To ensure the hygienic condition of plant for safe quality product
 To ensure the availability of standardized solutions and calibrated equipment and glassware in factory.
 To monitor Lab activities and update all records as per SOPs.
 Auditing of Ware House, production & QA Lab.
 Manage and organize staff training as per requirement
 Additional responsibility is to bring innovations in variants of food segment along with renovations in the existing chain of products for cost effectiveness and process developments, as well as providing support to production.
 Complete Monitoring and Analyze Microbiological results/data on daily bases of wide range of products. ANJR is also producing about many different Sausages including French dressing, Mayonnaise and Ketchup in different SKUs and in different flavors and in packaging. I was responsible to check and ensure all products according to defined In-house ANJR specifications.
 Preparation of reports of non-conformity and making decisions about products.
 Interpretation of microbiological analysis

My Specific Future Interest/Projects:
 New product development from Idea generation to commercial launching, existing product improvement, standardizing the packaging and raw material, food legislations etc.
 Managing activities related to timely development of new products/packaging /ingredients and timely revised formulas for existing products. Established quality standards, testing methods and implemented procedures, work instructions to assure compliance with approved standards and similarly recommended cost effective/innovative solutions of new business needs.
 To Investigate and product development with food ingredients such as natural flavors , synthetic flavors, emulsifiers, antioxidants, rheology modifiers, stabilizers, hydrocolloids, gums and Neutralizers
 Want to work on Buffering salts, synthetic colors, natural colors, vitamins, minerals, texturants and their chemistry.

 Got certification on Essential Food Safety issues from (rmk Consultants) Dubai.
 Two day training on ISO 22000 Implementation.
 3 day training on Food Hygienist Level III (PIC) as per Dubai municipality authorities.
 Attend two days training of Microsoft Office “Medium Level” from SOS HR Solution in Dubai.
 Attend 4th International Cold Chain Conference in Dubai and got certificate after successful participation.
 Got certificate to attend Work shop on decision making and Problem solving
 Attend World Food Expo held in Dubai World Trade Center (DWTC).
 One day training on FSSC-22000-Food Manufacturing by BUREAU VERITAS Pakistan
 One month training on process improvements and market complaints handling
 One day training on Fire Fighting from Abu Dhabi training institute.
