Tendering and estimation engineer
JOB PROFILE
• Tendering and estimating, analyzing drawings & technical specifications along with upholding good relationships with sub-contractors.
• Carrying out various tasks in preparation of pre-contract cost advice from preliminary to final design stage including cost comparison of different design construction options.
• Ascertain client and consultant’s objectives and other information to stipulate procurement requirements and strategy.
• Managing tendering process by preparing pre-tender estimates and carrying out reconciliation to the latest cost plan.
• Taking off quantities for final account and variation purposes as per design changes.
• Attending technical and progress meetings with client and consultants.

Project coordinator
JOB PROFILE
• Should be able to monitor the submission & approvals of Payment Certifications (PC) in coordination with Quantity Surveyor (QS) & also assist QS in preparing the Payment Certificates.
• To coordinate with the Project Managers the recovery of Tender Bonds, Advance Payment Guarantees, Performance Guarantees, and all related bonds/guarantees of the projects.
• To coordinate with Project Managers for the work order closures.
• Giving assistance to procurement department on material sourcing as necessary & to follow-up on needed payments for suppliers to expedite production and/or delivery;
• To be familiar in preparing/reviewing Sub-contract agreements for labor supply, material supply, services, and any other agreements necessary for the projects in coordination with Contracts Department & PMs.
• Proactively approach the Project Managers for any urgent requirements, and assist in making sure the matter is resolved on or before the target delivery.
• Assisting in tendering for new projects.
• Assisting in the execution of contracts for new projects.
• Preparing pre-qualification documents for submission to prospective clients.
• Preparing monthly and weekly reports.
