Previously I had worked in JAC Aromatic Complex Project, Jurong in Singapore and currently working in Abu Dhabi as Project & Cost Control Manager.

I have already worked as a major Contractor in different projects of EGA, DEWA, TRANSCO, GASCO, BOUROUGE, ADCO, ADMA, MUSANADA, ADM etc. and completed my masters degree in Project Engineering Management from NICMAR Pune campus, India in the year 2008.

• Develop Work Breakdown Structure, Progress Measurement System, S-Curve, Histogram, Weekly/Monthly Progress Report
• Preparation of Baseline Schedule, Progress Update monthly basis, schedule including cost, activity codes, non-labour units, Earn Value Management report
• Manage Project Programs & Budget, Cost Report, Variation Register, Delay Analysis, Critical Path Analysis, Cost & Schedule Risk Analysis
• Develop Project Cost Codes, Cash Flow Analysis, Cost Control
• Preparation of Extension of Time, Delay Claim, Window Analysis method, Impact as Planned method
• Preparations & analysis of costing reports, assisting in preparation of budgets, Cost Control & performance reports.
• Budget evaluation & forecast, cash flow analysis & Interpretation. Monitoring Productivity & ensure optimum utilization of resources.
• Assisting the Project Manager in administration of the project, scheduling & primarily cost control v/s Estimated & Revised Cost data.
• Involved in scope & proposal changes, preparation & assessment of budgeting & cost analysis reports.
