Over View of my Career:
I started my career with Hilton International Abu-Dhabi in the year 1995 as a Telephone Operator, after which I was promoted as a Receptionist. I was further to be promoted as Shift Leader in 1999, but it was at this time that I moved to the Four Points Sheraton-Dubai as a Night Manager till June 2000. After that, I got an opportunity to join back the Hilton International at the Hilton Dubai Jumeirah property as a Night Manger in July 2000. I was promoted to Front Desk Assistant Manager then promoted to be an Asst. Front Desk (Office) Manager. Then by August 2005 I joined Al Bustan Rotana Hotel-Dubai 5* deluxe as a Assistant Front Office Manager, then the had give me the chance to be part of Rotana’s first Hotel in Kuwait as a Front Office Manager in charge of reservation & revenue in Al Manashar Rotana Hotel-Kuwait 5* stars property.
Accordingly I had the opportunity to join back Hilton with Hilton Kuwait Resort 350 rooms as a Front Office Manager.
Then I have had the opportunity to increase and develop my experience by practicing a new pre-opening for a bigger 5 stars luxury hotel & bigger keys inventory in the country, looking after 106 Colleagues & 8 sections with Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel & Spa, after that I have joined Hilton Doha, Hotel got 309 Key & 7 outlets with meeting facilities as a Front Office Manager.
Then I have accepted a new challenge being a Hotel / Resort Manager for Rohanou Beach Resort & Ecolodge.
