SUMMARY:

Multi-skill supervising Mechanical, Electrical and Civil.
Monitor and control BMS and Preventive maintenance, Guest room general maintenance, Air conditioning system, Ventilation system, Exhausting system, Fire Alarm System, Electrical & Plumbing work, Carpentry & painting work, Kitchen Equipment work, Laundry Equipment and Mechanical plant.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Taken the responsibility for all kind of work-related engineering installation maintenance repairing and perform preventative maintenance.
 Maintain daily logs of operational maintenance and safety activities for guest room & general maintenance response to request resolve maintenance issue.
 Daily providing the briefing to colleagues and to supervise the work to ensure that, its established standards have been met, I possess a strong ability to perform effectively managing and dealing with staff in all my experience.
 Maintain smooth and sufficient operation of a centre in any emerging problem of a bigger issue i consult with a specialist and discusses the problem with Head of Engineering and i implement the decision with precession.
 Conduct daily inspection of mechanical plant and monitor to control. Checking respective scheduled for kitchen equipment, exhausting system, grease trap and kitchen extraction system.
 Checklist of Fire extinguishers, fire hose reel, fire trolley, fire alarm system as per Hotel safety procedure.
 Control and endorses all invoices for installation, tools, spare parts and consumption of materials initiates.
 Been familiar and comply with all relevant Engineering Department policies and procedures, handle grievances, suggestions and complaints by colleagues and others to take appropriate action to Head of Engineering.
 Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures, develop and maintain a positive working relationship with other employees.
