I'm a experienced Executive Assistant in a USA company operating a high end beach club in Central Viet Nam.
Starting from the pre-opening stage of the project till time it comes to running in the market, it gives me lots of knowledge about paper work organization, recruitment procedure and basic operation management.
Also, I'm running the boutique in the beach club, from preparation to merchandising, dealing with supplier and consignor, displaying and controlling cost and revenue, those build me strongly in setting up and managing an establishment.
Besides that, working directly with a foreigner team boost my English skills very well. I'm fluent in both verbal and non-verbal English.
