Twenty five years in hospitality and hotel industry with widely vast experiences in different fields in the industry have established in me sustainable development in work track that keeps me always challengeable, I 'am a man of responsibility and leadership to whatever assignment required. I am currently working for Pearl of Africa Hotel, Kampal as Director of operations In charge of the Hotel Chairman, with hotel of 296 rooms and Suites. My job is to make sure and supervision of applying all the hotel and organization policies and effective follow of procedure fairly in favor of the guests, customers, and the associates, adding that day to day assistance to head of department in budgeting on base of the hotel occupancy, with p roper handling of the all operational departments. All these factors encouraged and gave me initiative to go for bigger challenges bearing in mind my potential are keys up to success for me and the organization as well.
