• Heat Load Calculation using Manual and HAP Software
• Duct Design using Manual and Software Methods
• Air Terminal Selection and Duct Designing
• ESP calculation and Pump Head Calculation
• Reviewing & always following the updated / revised drawing and submitting the variation report to the contracts dept.
• Getting acknowledge of the complete project by Raising RFI(Request For Information) to the Designers and Higher officials.
• Planning for which work has to be executed first among all the MEP works as per the Mounting height and Invert level.
• Raising ECR (Engineering Change Request) for any changes in the drawings as per the site applications.
• Executing the work on site as per Designers Drawings and Shop Drawings.
• Getting approval from the contractor by raising Inspection Tickets.

• Ordering the Required material as per Specifications & BOQ.
• Testing the materials as per the QA/QC norms & getting approvals from the consultant/Higher officials.
• Coordinating with other trades civil, electrical and finishing works to avoid repetitive work
• Prepare Daily, Weekly, Monthly reports for Progress and submitting to the Project manager and highlighting the Problems affecting the Progress on site.
• Prepare the logs for MS’s, MIR’s RFI’s, NCR’s, SON’s and TQ’s
• Prepare Method of statements, ITP’s and Operation Manuals.
• Examine all work area and method to adhere to safety policies and ensure high quality of work and output. All the time Supervision in the Installation & Testing of works Such as Underground drainage, Drainage first fix, High level drainage, Rain water outlets, Sanitary wares, External Drainage , Water Supply works , Chiller Pipe including Valves , Fire Pipe including  Valves and Duct including Dampers
• Attending site meeting with other trades and taking actions for the requested items for Fire Safety works.
• Preparing back charges for the damage and submitting it to the Project manager.
• Highlighting the problems in drawing by Raising TQ
