Worked as MEP Project Manager in Dubai (UAE) for 10 years and Doha- Qatar for 7 years in a well managed reputed British Managed MEP Contracting Companies from past 17 years and 19 years in Overall MEP Constructions.
Ability to Planning resource allocations, design and Execution and Completion on time within the budgeted Cost, have experience working in a contracting environment on a wide range of building types such as commercial, residential, high rise buildings, etc
Overall MEP on site activities Co as well as managing quality control, procurement, sub-contractors, design management and working with the sub contractors and consultants, Man Power allocations, Material / Equipment / Shop drawing Submittals ,Installation, Testing & Commissioning, delivering the project on time and within budgeted Cost.
All technical aspects of the projects are strictly complied with and in conformity with Conditions of Contract, Particular Specifications, General Specifications and Contract Drawings & BOQ. Dealing with MEP Sub Contractors, Clients, Consultants and Authority liaison and Approvals from (DEWA/DM/ Civil Defense accompany authorities coordination). Review monthly projections & cost and review project progress with respect to approved budget
