I am an administrative professional with 9 years of administrative experience. I am comfortable working with people from all walks of life at multi-organizational and managerial levels. During the past decade, not only have I been performing clerical and organizational duties, but also I have been responsible for many more complex tasks. In addition to the routine secretarial functions such as assisting the Managing Director and the General Manager, filing, scheduling appointments, organizing company events, routing emails, travel arrangements and typing documents, I have also taken responsibilities in Accounts, HR, Tendering, Contracting and Real Estate departments. I am proud to have assisted my company by digitalizing the filing system, setting up and maintaining company's social media accounts (Facebook and LinkedIn pages), creating project plans using Microsoft Project and facilitating the recruiting procedures through the LinkedIn Recruiter Program.
