I am a Sri Lankan Quantity surveyor having more than Thirteen (13) years of professional working experience in Consultancy and Contracting backgrounds under various construction categories such as Air ports, infrastructure projects, and various kinds of High-rise & Mixed use developments. My overall experience in the UAE region approximately six years.

I specialize in both pre and post-contract quantity surveying activities such as preparation of cost plans, Bill of Quantities, Tender & Contract documents, drafting contractual correspondence, Negotiations with project stakeholders, all kinds of project valuations from the inception to the completion of a construction project.
