Audit vendors & qualify, verify vendor documents, monitor vendors performance and solve issues; plan for the qualification of welding procedures as per code & client’s requirement, qualify welding procedures in carbon steel, low alloy steel, CuNi, stainless steel, inconel and stainless steel & duplex stainless steel overlays etc, prepare WELDING BOOKS, PWPS, WPS, and PQR according to client’s needs and codes, qualify welders in different and all materials, have knowledge about welding processes like SMAW, GTAW, SAW, FCAW and have knowledge about heat treatment also, heat treatment graphs review, weld deposition calculation, consumables TC review, handle audits of ASME, SAUDI ARAMCO etc.
